A home staging consultation should be the first service performed when preparing your home for market (along with your realtor, we'll help you prioritize the rest). Our consultations are a whole-home evaluation, which include the following:

- A written report which becomes your to-do list

- Unlimited home staging advice by text, email or phone the duration of your listing

Ever wonder how homes look so beautiful in magazines? It's more than just tidying up, it's photo styling!
Whether you use our photographer, or yours, we'll work closely to schedule a time to prep your house before the professional photographer arrives! (No more toilet lids up, flat pillows and cluttered coffee tables.)
This additional service is provided to enhance your marketing photos!

Color consultations:
We offer color, or paint, consultations to sellers and homeowners alike. Color is often the most impactful and cost effective way to update a space.
During a color consultation, paint will be specified, samples ordered and referrals for painters and those to do prep-work will be given.
